Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Orders mean a request by You to purchase membership from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.

- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your subscription at any time. Depending on the date of your monthly renewal you may still have access to your account. Access will end on the date of your original subscription purchase. Since this a monthly purchase, we do not offer refunds or reimbursements.
You may pause your subscription for any reason. You can then resume it at your own discretion.
We offer a refund and/or exchange on orders for classes or workshops within 30 days of your request. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
